Project Details

  • I designed this building with a focus on blending modern minimalism with contextual relevance. The façade features exposed concrete and locally-sourced sandstone, offering both aesthetic character and thermal comfort. Vertical fins and deep overhangs, inspired by Le Corbusier’s brise-soleil, optimize light and shade. Influenced by Bauhaus and Vastu Shastra, the spatial planning ensures balance, function, and natural flow. Double-height spaces and open transitions enhance volume and light. Natural materials like teakwood and metal louvers add warmth and texture. Every element—from massing to materials—was curated to create a sustainable, timeless, and experience-driven architectural expression.
