Project Details

This contemporary mid-rise building was designed to blend aesthetic elegance with functional urban living. I adopted organic architectural principles, using flowing curves and dynamic balconies to evoke a sense of movement while maximizing natural light and ventilation. The material palette features smooth white stucco, floor-to-ceiling glass panels, and warm wooden ceiling soffits on balconies to create a contrast of texture and tone. Vertical fins on the facade provide shading and rhythm, influenced by passive design strategies. The facade’s curvature softens the urban context, aligning with biophilic design elements that invite nature in, while the ground-level perforated metal screens ensure privacy and security.
