Project Details

  • I designed this contemporary leisure and hospitality space by integrating modern minimalism with vernacular aesthetics. The main structure features a sleek geometric form, with exposed stone cladding, glass facades, and LED-framed columns, evoking transparency and openness. The food court uses terracotta jali blocks, marble textures, and pitched clay tile roofs, inspired by traditional Indian courtyard planning. The A-frame cottages along the pool promote privacy and modular repetition, rooted in sustainable tropical architecture theories. Each zone balances functionality with visual warmth, using natural materials, passive shading, and human-scale elements to create a timeless, welcoming experience for all visitors.
