Project Details

This contemporary villa, designed by me, reflects a harmonious blend of modern minimalism and vernacular architecture. The structure features clean lines and an open-plan layout, emphasizing transparency through floor-to-ceiling glass panels that seamlessly integrate interior spaces with nature. Locally sourced stone cladding enhances thermal performance and adds a rustic charm, while timber elements on the façade and sloping roof promote warmth and contextual relevance. Grounded in biophilic design principles, the home fosters a strong connection to its lush landscape, complemented by formal gardens and axial symmetry in layout. Passive design strategies ensure natural lighting, ventilation, and environmental sustainability throughout the structure.
