This residential apartment design reflects my intent to blend modern aesthetics with functional geometry. The facade features a rhythmic play of projecting balconies, box frames, and perforated jaali panels, enhancing both form and passive ventilation. I’ve used textured concrete, wooden cladding, and metal railing to create material contrast and warmth. The central jaali and vertical fins act as a shading device, inspired by bioclimatic principles to regulate light and privacy. Clean lines, open balconies, and rooftop greenery follow contemporary minimalism, offering a sleek, timeless look. The symmetry and alignment maintain a strong visual identity within the urban context.
