Project Details

  • This residence, “Megh Sparsh,” is a visual expression of sculpted elegance and functional modernism. I designed the façade using flowing horizontal bands that evoke a sense of movement while blending seamlessly with vertical fins, creating visual rhythm and balance. Materials include off-white textured plaster, natural wood-finish ceiling panels, and black-framed glass windows—chosen to complement natural surroundings. Planter niches are integrated at every level, ensuring biophilic connection. The design follows the principles of organic architecture and passive design, optimizing daylight and airflow. The overall form prioritizes privacy, luxury, and sustainability, making it a landmark statement in contemporary urban living.
